It’s 19.16 on Friday 16th December 2016 and Cubs all over Staffordshire are renewing their Promise as part of the 100th birthday of Cub Scouting.
On the 16th December 1916, Cub Scouting, then known as the Wolf Cubs, officially started, although the Cub programme had been on trial since the end of 1913.
