Potteries North District are excited to be looking at opening a new Group in the Chell Heath area. The District has been working with the Regional Development Team and now they are in the position to employ a Project Support worker to help with this project.
The Project Supporter will provide hands-on, consistent and experienced support to new adult volunteers as they start to get used to running their new sections and group.
The Project Supporter will also work alongside the District and Regional Services Team and help drive the project forward. They will be self-employed and support the development of the Group and its new volunteers. Helping to mentor those new adults on their journey through Scouting and to ensure their sections and group become sustainable.
