Basic Indoor Climbing Permit

This course will focus on training leaders in the basic skills required to meet the needs of the single pitch climbing permit for man-made structures, i.e. climbing walls.
It runs over two evenings, and covers the Scout Association rules, levels of permit available, use of equipment, how to belay/operate a rope system, and how to cope with problems.
The course is suitable for both novice climbers with no experience through to experienced climbers who want to know how climbing works within the Scout Association.
Cost of the course is £10.00
Max 6 places per session.
