It is with great pleasure that I announce the appointment of Faye Rose as District Commissioner for Tamworth.
Faye comes to the role with a wealth of Scouting experience, both as a Young Person and as Adult.
She has held a number of roles in Tamworth, Beaver Scout Leader, Assistant Explorer Leader, Assistant Scout Leader, and lately as Group Scout Leader of Mercian Scout Group. I addition she is a member of Tamworth Executive and a member of the Appointment Team.
Faye takes the role from September 1st 2018.
The County would like to thank Chris Holyoake for his time and energy as District Commissioner, we wish him well for the future.
Thanks too must go to the Tamworth Executive Committee and Search Team for their dedicated time commitment.
We wish Tamworth well as it moves into an exciting time for Scouting.
